OUR DOGS
Instinct meets
understanding.
The best work looks natural: a dog that understands its job, a handler who knows when to act and a day in the field that unfolds with quiet confidence.
A field companion.
A lifelong connection.
There is a particular pleasure in watching a capable dog do the work it was born to do.
Natural ability is only the beginning. The German Shorthaired Pointer’s versatility, intelligence and desire provide the foundation. Thoughtful development, patience and purposeful experience bring those qualities into focus—helping each dog realize its potential.
THE VERSATILE GUN DOG
From the upland fields
to the water.
A versatile partnership opens many possibilities: the wide open prairies, northern hardwoods holding grouse and woodcock, marshes, rivers and lakes where waterfowl gather. It can also lead to the testing grounds—or simply to a more rewarding working relationship with your dog.
Your interests guide the program we develop. The goal is a capable, confident dog prepared for the work—and the life—you want to share.
WHAT WE VALUE
Ability
with character.
Purpose in the field.
A desire to work, with the focus to stay engaged in the task at hand.
A willing mind.
The capacity to learn, adapt and build understanding through thoughtful development and varied experiences.
Trust in the handler.
Trust built through clear communication, consistent handling and an understanding of one another.
IT STARTS WITH YOUR DOG
See the individual.
Develop the potential.
We begin with your dog as it is today and discuss where you want to go together. From there, we shape a program that respects the individual dog, supports the handler and serves your shared goals.
