GUN DOG TRAINING

Training
with a purpose.

Individualized training for a capable dog, a confident handler and a partnership you can trust in the field.

AN INDIVIDUAL APPROACH

Define the objective.
Then shape the plan.

Good training builds clarity, confidence and consistency.

Tell us how you hunt, what you expect from your dog and where you want greater confidence. Together, we’ll shape a program around those goals.

Each program reflects your dog’s age, experience and temperament, along with your goals as an owner. We focus on practical field skills, reliable handling and a confident working partnership.

EXPLORE THE POSSIBILITIES

What matters
to you?

Explore an area of focus.
We’ll discuss where your dog is today and what comes next.

A STRONG FOUNDATION

Make the beginning count.

Begin with basic obedience, thoughtful exposure and early field experiences that prepare your dog for the work ahead.

  • Understand your dog’s starting point
  • Gradually build exposure to different environments
  • Set priorities for the next stage

This guide is a starting point. Your dog’s program is determined together after a conversation.

Discuss This Focus

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before we begin.

How is a training program chosen?

We begin with your goals, then discuss your dog’s age, experience and current training. That conversation gives us the starting point for an individual program.

Can I train alongside my dog?

Yes. Private instruction helps you develop your understanding, communication and handling skills alongside your dog.

Do you offer training with boarding?

Yes. Brian or Tanja can discuss availability, program duration and whether training with boarding is the right fit for your dog.

How long will the training take?

Every dog develops at its own pace. We’ll discuss an estimated duration for your program and explain what may influence progress before confirming arrangements.

We never push a dog to meet a predetermined timeline. The dog’s well-being and readiness to learn guide the pace of the work.

PERSONAL BY DESIGN

Let’s talk about the dog —
and the life you want with it.

Your vision of a finished companion gives the training its direction.
